Associate Sessions
We are proud to begin offering
FREE Associate Sessions all day on Mondays and in the afternoons
starting at 2pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays! During these times we will waive your
session fee for 30 minute Associate Sessions photographed by Angie.
Associate Sessions have lower minimums and print prices, and in order to
offer these, we have a few guidelines we ask you to follow.
We have also removed our Minimum
Order policy!
Associate
Session Fees are normally $35 and due at the time you book your session.
For the FREE sessions, a $35 deposit will still be due at the time you
book your session. This deposit will be applied to an order from
the session that you place within ten (10) days. Associate
Sessions are ordered over email to
AMITangie@aol.com or in person. If an order is not placed after
ten days
the $35 deposit becomes a session fee and is NOT applied toward your
order.
If you need to reschedule your
session the deposit can be transferred to a new session. However,
no shows will lose their session fee and will not be rescheduled.

determine if an Associate Session is appropriate for you, and give us a
call with any questions!
Associate Session Policies
1.)
Associate Sessions are 30 minute sessions photographed by "Associate Photographers", not
Jennifer herself, who have been personally trained by Jennifer to
emulate her lighting and style of photography. All associate photographers
are professionals and held to the highest quality standards that we
have always been known for.
2.) Session
Fee: $35 (unless otherwise stated). Session fees must be paid at the
time you book your session. Associate Sessions have a $125 minimum
order policy. Session fees can be transferred to a new
session if you need to reschedule. Whenever possible, please call 48 hours in advance
if you need to
reschedule. No shows will lose their
session fee and will not be rescheduled.
3.)
1 Subject
Only (ie. 1 subject or 2-3 people photographed together only. When
more than 3 people will be photographed, a standard session must be
booked, not an Associate Session.) Babies must be 3 months or older
although we recommend 6 months and up.
4.) Simple
backgrounds and props only. No full sets are available for use with
these sessions due to lack of set up and tear down time. Indoor studio
sessions only (location or outdoor sessions must be booked as a
standard session). If you need help selecting a set, props and
clothing, please call the studio or email Jennifer at
photomoments@aol.com.
5.) Please
dress children before you arrive. Please be aware that these sessions
have limited time and due to tighter scheduling, we cannot go over our
time with you, this would be unfair to the next session.
6.)
These sessions are allowed 30 minutes only and that includes time for
getting dressed, fixing hair & anything else that may come up. If you
arrive more than 10 minutes late you WILL be rescheduled. In order to
be fair we will not cut into the next sessions time. We also ask that
you are not more than 10 minutes early as this interrupts the current
session and will also cause your child to tire faster, become bored,
and possibly irritated. If you do arrive more than 10 minutes early,
it is sometimes best to drive around or stay in the car until closer
to your appointment time.
7.) Props &
clothing: We will need to know what type of session you are wanting,
as well as the props, clothing & background, at the time you book your
appointment. If you need help with this decision, we will be happy to
discuss options via email or on the phone when possible. This decision
must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so that we
will have everything scheduled appropriately for your session.
8.)
Retouching: Retouching is not included in the pricing of Associate
Session prints. We will retouch minor cuts, scratches, bruises
and minor acne at no cost. All other retouch services such as
smoothing hair, moderate to extreme acne, eye enhancement, skin
smoothing, clothing fixes, heads or subject swaps will all be
available at a small additional fee.
9.) Special
Pricing: In order to receive our “Associate Session” pricing, you must
place your order prefferably via email (or in person) within 2 weeks
from the date of your session. If you are unable to do this, please
reschedule your session until such a time that this is possible.
If you place your order past the deadline, standard studio pricing
will apply.
